Our Aeroseal Family

Our main goal was to find a business that we believed in personally and could build a future around. We found that in the Aeroseal product. We first heard about about Aeroseal while working individually in our separate careers, Genevieve in the HVAC industry and Justin in the building trades. At the time it was just a neat product that proved our trades were starting to make the move towards sustainability and eco-conscious building practices. Green technologies and sustainability is something that is important to us as a family but seemed unattainable from a career standpoint. We were overjoyed to learn that we could work directly with Aeroseal and start our own business providing

this amazing service to individual homeowners and builders/remodelers so that together we can start inching our way towards energy efficiency 

in Minnesota homes. 

We are starting from the ground up - reaching out to contractors who might not know about duct sealing, making connections new home builders to make sure they are asking for Aeroseal, and most importantly finding homeowners who feel passionately about making their homes as energy efficient as possible 

The second blessing, was this opportunity allows us to create a family oriented business where we could all be together and work towards an amazing future for our family. Our skills complement each other well. Genevieve's background in HVAC includes office management, accounting, customer service, and

production. Justin's background includes project management, estimating and service coordination. Together, we make a great team that is 

focused on giving our customers a great experience that not only gives confidence in our abilities, but confidence in Aeroseal and the 

benefits they can expect. Our daughter Arabella is our mascot and helper. When she is able, she joins us on jobsites to provide moral support

and much needed cuteness. She knows quite a bit about the Aeroseal process and she enjoys being useful and included in our family business. She is well paid for her efforts and she loves to tell everyone about her big girl job.
